Diagnosis
before repair

Servicing, engine diagnostics and mechanical repairs for private cars and business vehicles. You get the findings in plain words, and a price you have already agreed, before a spanner is picked up.

  • Nothing is ordered until you agree the price
  • Faults explained in plain words, not fault codes
  • Service history kept against your registration

Workshop method

Three steps, every visit

A ring binder and a car key lying on a workshop bench

How a visit runs

A routine service and a fault nobody has been able to find take the same route through this workshop.

We pull the fault memory first, then test the circuit it points at, instead of swapping parts on a hunch. The car goes out on the road under the conditions you described, so the fault is confirmed as present rather than assumed. What we found, what it needs and what it costs is set out in writing before any part is ordered — and what can wait is kept apart from what cannot.
